We had a visit from John Dunn Polar Explorer and STEM ambassador who spoke to classes about plastic alternatives, sustainable fishing and renewable fuels. This week we are holding a different session each lunch time called the ‘Science Spot’. Each session will have a science and Eco focus and will showcase some of the learning going on in classes. Today, John Dunn held a session in the playground where he explained sustainable fishing nets. The Primary 4 class got involved and had a great time trying to get the fish through the different types of nets. Thank you John for coming to visit us again!
