P5H A Busy Term – Part Two

Primary 5H have been looking at healthy eating. They were challenged to find/create a healthy recipe. They had to present their recipe to four Primary 7 pupils, in a Dragon’s Den style activity. The Primary 7’s had to choose which recipe was the best. The reward for the winning recipe was to make their recipe.

The class then developed their cooking skills further by visiting the Toby Carvery and getting a tutorial on health and safety and nutritional information in their very own chef school. Pupils created their own cookies and took part in food tasting before being treated to their very own carvery.

A busy term indeed!
