In our Health lessons we have been learning all about our bodies and how they work. In P.E we have been focusing on keeping fit and how our bodies change when we exercise. The most recent thing we have learned about it how important sleep is for keeping our bodies healthy.
We learned about the sleep cycle and how much sleep we should all be having. Our age group should have between 10 – 13 hours!
To show how much we had learned and understood about sleep we had to work in groups and make a poster explaining all about how important sleep was. Look at the photos below to see us all hard at work and a couple of the finished posters.
